I ordered shrimp and chicken balls tonight (march 2, 2026) my son and I have been vomiting for over 2 hours since eating their disgusting excuse for food. You would think they would have improved since the renovations were done . BUT they're worse then ever now. The shrimp was rubbery and the chicken was dried out and hard.
If I could rate them a negative 10 I would absolutely do it. Kimono is disgusting and the owners need to shut down or the city should shut them down. You gave us a dinner that cost us 72 dollars but was worth nothing but a package of gravol and my son's trip to the ER.
I WISH YOU NOTHING BUT TO HAVE YOUR BUSINESS BURN DOWN.

The noodle dish was not at all what I was expecting and since it was what I looked forward to most, the disappointment hit hard.
The kid at the door was also busy with a screen and said maybe 2 words to me without any eye contact?
Otherwise the rest of the food was very good and it was ready when I asked it to be.
