Food was excellent

I ordered $68 worth of dishes and most of it was good, but the Honey Garlic Spareribs were totally overcooked and actually burnt. They were as hard as a rock and not at all what I expected. I did call the restaurant the next day to tell them, but by then it was too late. It was disappointing dinner, to say the least.
